I am a Personal Trainer & Fat Loss specialist who excels in helping clients reduce body fat, increase muscle mass, enhance sports performance and uses nutrition to improve health and hormone performance.
I like to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using effective exercise protocols to help them achieve their goals. As well as calling on years of experience I also utilise new technology to improve my clients well being. In addition to training clients I provide exercise and nutritional advice to many established companies, delivering my very successful seminars. I have experience working for many semi pro and professional football clubs and can use these skills to help anyone progress their sports specific development.
