ROC Online Training Plans is the perfect service for those needing extra guidance and support as sometimes using a gym based personal trainer isn’t always possible or affordable. With ROC Online it doesn’t matter where you live or where you train because the programmes are designed specifically for you. Based on the information received from your initial consultation.

You will receive exercise programmes that you can complete at your local gym or with whatever facilities/equipment you have access to. These exercise programmes will be consistently updated in line with your progressions.

These plans are perfect for those who would like their workout programmes designed for them every week and benefit from being able to message your Trainer whenever you need to.

Making It Personal, Online.

With ROC Online you will login and have access to your own dedicated page where all your workouts and stats will be stored. You can then use the mobile app which is on iPhone and Android, to view all your workouts no matter where you are, and with animated descriptions of each exercise you will never get confused about what to do again!!!

How Does It Work?

1. Select which ROC Plan you would like and click ‘Sign Up’

2. Once you have signed up you will be taken to a Par-Q form. Please fill in the form and answer the questions with as much detail as possible as this will help your coach understand what goals you are after. Once we receive your Par-Q your coach will email you regarding a Phone/Skype call. This consultation is to find out more about your training goals and also what equipment you have available so we can plan your specific Training Programmes.

3. You will be given your login in details to your own training website and mobile app. Through these services you will be able to message your ROC Coach if you have any questions. Once you have logged in you will find your workouts for week 1 waiting for you.

4. Every week you will receive new Training Programmes until you have reached the end of your 12 weeks.
